Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, it typically takes 2–5 business days to process and produce your item before it is shipped.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Time

After production, orders are shipped according to the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. The Design Den is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@thedesignden.shop. We will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue, but delivery delays caused by carriers are outside of our direct control.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
