Refund of Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Design Den. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or sizing issues. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will review any issues you may experience.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered production. Because our items are printed on demand, production begins quickly after your order is placed. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@thedesignden.shop within 24 hours of placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To file a claim, we require:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review your submitted information, we will provide instructions for a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product (wrong design, size, or item), contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product received

  • Description of the issue

We will correct the order by either sending the correct item or issuing a refund, depending on availability and the specific situation.

Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to accept exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. If an item is defective or incorrect, please follow the instructions above under Damaged or Defective Items or Incorrect Items.

Refund Process

Approved refunds (for eligible cases such as defective or incorrect items) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will also cover return shipping costs if applicable.
